It attaches to a fixed hook using a bungee cord. Features include uniform carbon composite overlay pole construction with high-gloss black paint finish, polished aluminum collar pole segment ends and an ergonomic, rubber-reinforced base grip. The steel scissor base supports sail sign hardware and includes a water ballast. Your artwork will be dye sublimated onto both sides of the flag. There is a lifetime warranty on the hardware; one-year warranty on the base.
